consistent: you spend approximately 2,080 hours a year in your workplace. You work on a schedule; you need consistency to maintain a balanced work and home life. It is our job to provide you consistent cleaning services and keep you out of the cleaning business.

dependable: you have a job to do. You rely on us to do the cleaning and to do it right. You should not have to worry about anything going wrong in your facility. It is not always our fault, but it is our problem. You can depend on us to show up every day and do our job well.

proactive communication: you cannot plan for an unexpected situation. The best line of defense is being proactive in stopping a bad situation from getting worse. You are not always there to witness the potential disaster, but our team knows the easiest and most important thing we can do is report any situation before it becomes a major problem.

onboarding training: we pride ourselves in recruiting employees that align with our mission, vision, values & company culture. All of our prospective new hires attend a KB culture class and hiring interview prior to starting in a service location. Each of our new hires are onboarded for up to 14 shifts depending on the job role that they hold. Our onboarding training includes such items as:

We employ trashers, dusters, restroom cleaners, carpet cleaners, supervisors, account managers, etc. It takes every single person on our team to maintain a clean building. We focus on listening to each other and helping each other achieve quality results.

empowerment: each person in our company holds different knowledge and experience, so it is our job to set our employees up to succeed and empower them to make decisions that align with our core values.

KB specializes in providing the various services listed below. We strive to work with organizations to develop an all encompassing cleaning package and are always available to help in emergency situations.

day maker services: in high traffic facilities it is necessary to have a day maker (or team of day makers) present during regular business hours to maintain cleanliness and consumables in common areas, restrooms and food areas.

day or night full service janitorial: we provide custom cleaning solutions to our partners that encompass how janitorial should look for your business. We know not every building is created equal, so developing a janitorial scope of work that aligns with your company’s mission, vision, values & specific workplace population is of the upmost importance.

multi-family interior & exterior common cleaning: this service includes up-keeping the shared common area, both interior & exterior, on a specified frequency to multi-family housing buildings, campuses & neighborhoods

multi-family unit turn cleaning: we provide full cleaning to dwelling units after a renter moves out/checks out in preparation for a new renter to begin their lease. This applies to both short term rentals & long term rentals.

janitorial laborers: if you provide in-house janitorial services and need assistance on a temporary basis to cover for unstaffed positions or existing employees out on PTO, look no further than partnering with KB. We can be your back-up coverage partner to ensure no interruption in the in-house janitorial services you provide.

carpet cleaning: whether you have coffee & soda stains, or you need a robust proactive carpet cleaning program, we provide multiple carpet cleaning options via hot water extraction and/or low moisture encapsulation.

hard floor maintenance: maintaining your hard surface flooring extends the life of the floor. KB offers specific hard floor maintenance services & programs that include strip & wax, scrub & recoat, burnish, rotoscrub & seal grout.

glass cleaning: full glass cleaning, including both interior glass and exterior glass, is typically outside of the traditional full service janitorial scope of work. KB offers full glass cleaning on a specified frequency to maintain the cleanliness of your facility.

disinfection services: proactive & reactionary options available via hand wipe disinfection or electrostatic spray disinfection.

high level vacuum cleaning: ledges, exposed beams and surfaces above 10 feet can be high level vacuumed using our SpaceVac at a specified frequency.

one-time deep cleaning: traditional full service janitorial may not fit the mold for your retail, food service or industrial location. KB offers one-time deep cleaning services to those types of locations on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis to complete detail work that your own employees are not equipped to handle on a daily basis.

final construction cleaning: whether building a new space from the ground up, or renovating an existing building/suite, KB can complete a final construction clean prior to tenant occupancy to ensure all surfaces have been fully hand wiped down, top to bottom, and is construction dust & debris free.

facilities concierge services: assistance in managing your facility as a “helping hand” with various tactical items, such as your work orders, building visitors, deliveries, vendor communication, etc.

light maintenance services: management of light maintenance duties including but not limited to light bulbs, minor repairs, painting touch ups, hanging decor, changing filters and meeting room set up/take down.

paper supplies/consumables management: inventorying & ordering all paper supplies & consumables for the facility, including managing par levels and usage controls.

SIMONServe allows for an improved customer experience with real-time data reporting for holding KB accountable for doing what we say we will do.

: this certification verifies that KB complies with over 170 cleaning industry management standards, including quality systems, service delivery, human resources, health/safety stewardship, management commitment and green cleaning. KB was first certified in 2014, and has been re-certified every years since. Recertification includes process change submittals, assessor visit with KB employees, accessor visit with KB customers and overall verification that we are doing what we said we are doing on a consistent basis. Less than 375 janitorial companies hold this accreditation which puts KB in the top 1% of janitorial companies in the country.

customer service: our goal is to create peace of mind in our partners lives, so that it starts with putting the needs and wants of our customers at the forefront. Our office team and next level leaders strive to over serve our customers by proactively communicating, always following up, taking action & providing solutions. We meet with our customers on a monthly or quarterly basis for a business review to maintain constant communication on our services provided, upcoming changes, ideas for efficiencies and next steps in our partnership.

quality control: we hold our employees to high level cleaning standards and we measure those successes via our quality control inspection (QCI). QCI’s are completed in each KB serviced location as a way to call out excellence in cleaning performance, and also areas of improvement throughout the building. We strive for all of our locations to maintain an exceeds rating, which is a 90% minimum quality score in all aspects of cleaning.

safety: keeping our employees safe and keeping the employees that work in our KB serviced facilities safe is non-negotiable. We put processes in place and teach and train to each of them, starting on day 1 of KB employment. We complete safety inspections at the buildings and always maintain proper SDS and other various OSHA requirements for all cleaning chemicals & equipment.
