We are always looking for our employees to be doing something right. We utilize KB Bucks to reward employees for such items as helping hands, partner thank yous and submitting an idea that was implemented.
We also meet as an office team one time per month for the Monthly Team Social. In this social, we review all nominations and determine winners for each of our core values, employee of the month, building of the month and most improved inspection score. $10.00 in KB Bucks gets you a spin on our appreciation wheel to collect larger prizes such as gift cards, zoo memberships, tablets, and other great prizes.
Our team members are dedicated to serving others, and this includes being actively involved in our community.
Over the years, our employees have worked together to collect over 6,000 pounds of food to be donated, picked up trash in local parks, collected over 2,000 pairs of socks for the Open Door Mission and created winter care kits to help the homeless in Omaha for the Together organization.
Our office team spends time brainstorming one organization to partner with each year in order to give back to our community.
